Backed by skilled operators and design staff, our precision laser machines can reproduce even the most complicated profiles with ease. Superb cut edge quality means little or no finishing is required resulting in faster turnaround.
We employ the latest state of the art 2-axis Co2 laser cutting equipment with flying optics. These advanced lasers with output power ranging from 4000 – 8000 watts are able to realize superior tight tolerance profiles. With 5 laser machines we have the capacity to meet your needs. Our large format NTC laser can produce profiles up to 14′ wide by 50′ long. Cutting thicknesses ranging from 20 Ga to 1.25″.

Tighter tolerances are held on the overall part profile, but stop/start marks and 90° corners may impact the general published tolerances.
